Gail Vaz-Oxlade is the original Canadian budgeting and money guru! I would be remiss if I didn’t include her in this list. She used to host a show called Till Debt Do Us Part, putting families on a cash budget and helping them get out of debt! It was really my first exposure to the concepts of budgeting. She has some of the best Canadian personal finance books and budgeting books in Canada on budgeting and debt.
